Half-Day Training

Practical half-day certification program focused on operational safety, compliance confidence, and site-level risk control.

Program Overview

Ladders are among the most commonly used pieces of equipment in any workplace — and among the most frequently involved in serious injuries. Falls from ladders cause thousands of fatalities and hundreds of thousands of injuries every year globally. Despite being considered "simple" tools, ladders demand proper selection, setup, maintenance, and usage practices that many workers have never been formally trained on. ICLM's Ladder Safety and Inspection Training addresses this critical gap.

Most ladder accidents are entirely preventable. They happen because of incorrect ladder type selection, improper angle setup, overreaching, use of damaged ladders, or failure to secure the ladder properly. The resulting injuries — spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and fractures — can be life-altering. Proper training is a simple and highly effective prevention measure.
