The Institute of Construction Equipment and Lifting Machines
ICLM was established with a singular purpose: to bridge the critical gap between workplace safety knowledge and on-ground practice in India's most hazardous industries. Operating in an environment where thousands of workers face daily risks from heavy machinery, working at height, hazardous chemicals, and complex industrial processes, ICLM stepped in to ensure that no professional enters a high-risk environment without the right training, skills, and certification.
Headquartered in Mumbai and recognised by the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH) of Maharashtra and Gujarat, ICLM brings together industry experts, safety professionals, and regulatory specialists to design and deliver training programs that are rigorous, practical, and results-driven.
