Half-Day Training

Practical half-day certification program focused on operational safety, compliance confidence, and site-level risk control.

Program Overview

KAIZEN — the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement — has transformed manufacturing and operational environments across the globe. When combined with the GEMBA BOARD (a visual management tool used at the place of work), KAIZEN becomes a powerful, daily driver of waste elimination, quality improvement, safety enhancement, and employee engagement. ICLM's KAIZEN and GEMBA BOARD Training equips teams at all levels to implement these principles and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

KAIZEN (改善) means "change for the better." Unlike large-scale, disruptive improvement projects, KAIZEN focuses on small, incremental improvements made daily by everyone in the organization — from frontline workers to senior managers. The GEMBA (現場) — meaning "the real place" or the shop floor — is where KAIZEN is practiced, where value is created, and where improvement opportunities are found.
