Half-Day Training

Practical half-day certification program focused on operational safety, compliance confidence, and site-level risk control.

Program Overview

Flammable liquids are among the most hazardous materials found in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, and chemical environments. Improper handling or storage of these substances can result in fires, explosions, toxic exposure, and significant property damage. ICLM's Flammable Liquids Handling and Storage Training equips workers with the knowledge, skills, and safety culture required to manage these materials safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Flammable liquids - including petrol, solvents, alcohols, acetone, and paint thinners - present multiple hazards: they ignite easily, their vapors can travel to ignition sources far from the liquid itself, and many are also toxic upon skin contact or inhalation. A thorough understanding of their properties is the foundation of safe handling.

Pre-Use Checks

Daily inspection discipline and hazard spotting basics.

Control Principles

Safe methods, sequencing, and decision making in operations.

Emergency Response

Incident communication and immediate response actions.
