Full-Day Training

Practical full-day certification program focused on operational safety, compliance confidence, and site-level risk control.

Program Overview

Process Safety Management (PSM) is a systematic framework for managing the integrity of operating systems and processes that handle hazardous substances, preventing catastrophic releases, fires, explosions, and toxic exposures that can result in multiple fatalities, massive property damage, and severe environmental harm. Unlike occupational safety, which focuses on individual worker protection, PSM addresses the systemic conditions and management failures that lead to major industrial disasters.

ICLM's Process Safety Management training (Course Code P1102) equips process safety engineers, plant managers, operations supervisors, maintenance managers, EHS professionals, and process technicians across chemical processing, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and petrochemical industries with a comprehensive understanding of PSM principles and practices.

Pre-Use Checks

Daily inspection discipline and hazard spotting basics.

Control Principles

Safe methods, sequencing, and decision making in operations.
