Program Overview
Industrial environments present unique and serious fire risks. Flammable chemicals, combustible dusts, high-temperature processes, pressurized systems, and large volumes of stored materials create fire hazard profiles that are far more complex than those found in commercial or residential settings. ICLM's Industrial Fire Prevention and Control training (Course Code I1101) is a specialized program designed for safety officers and managers, operations managers, maintenance personnel, fire safety teams, emergency response teams, industrial workers, and health and safety consultants working in manufacturing plants, chemical processing facilities, oil and gas refineries, warehouses, power plants, construction sites, food processing units, and textile mills.
This course goes beyond general fire safety to address the specific hazards, systems, regulations, and response strategies that industrial environments demand.
