Program Overview
Workplace safety begins with knowledge — understanding the hazards present, the standards that must be met, and the practices that prevent accidents. ICLM's General Safety Practices at Workplace training (Course Code G1101) is a foundational, practically oriented program that equips construction workers, site supervisors, safety officers, engineers, maintenance staff, and contractors with the essential skills to identify hazards, apply best practices, conduct safety inspections, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
This course is relevant across construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities, transportation, and warehousing and logistics industries, providing a common safety language and knowledge base that supports more advanced, role-specific training.
